
The City of West Hollywood Kicks-Off its 2017-18 ‘Winter Sounds’ Free Indoor Concert Series on Saturday, December 2 with a Holiday show from world-renowned Trans Jazz vocalist, bassist, and composer Jennifer Leitham. The concert takes place at 5PM at the City’s Council Chambers (625 N. San Vicente Blvd., 90069). Leitham has played on upwards of 140 albums, including ten of her own. In concert at venues around the globe, she has performed with Mel Torme’, Doc Severinsen, Peggy Lee, k.d. lang and many other music greats. “I Stand Corrected,” the documentary film about her public gender transition from John to Jennifer, has won 11 “best of” awards at film festivals internationally. Winter Sounds is organized and sponsored by the City of West Hollywood’s WeHo Arts program. All performances are free and open to the public.
