Join Obscure House for their inaugural pop-up group exhibition, Winter Dream. Using symbols of winter, the show brings artists together as they process all the events of 2017 and prepare for renewal in the next year.
The exhibition will explore themes of stagnation, reflection, the necessity for growth, and weather through paintings, prints, and photos from Los Angeles-based contemporary artists. Obscure House will debut an interactive installation constructed inside of the gallery. Within the structure visitors will meet an oracle that will guide them through memories and offer insight into the next phase of life.
Refreshments for the evening will be graciously provided by the exhibition sponsor, Jagermeister.
With the holiday season in mind, all artwork on display will be priced under $500 providing a perfect opportunity to purchase a gift for a loved one (or yourself).
