The panel of guest selectors comprising Anya Gallaccio, Alan Kane and Haroon Mirza has chosen 46 artists for the annual open submission exhibition, New Contemporaries. has announce This year’s selected artists for the 2016 exhibition will open the show as part of the 2016 Liverpool Biennial.
