About the Artist: Brian Singer is a fine artist based in San Francisco, California. From intimate works on paper to large-scale installations and public projects, Brian Singer creates art that questions and examines contemporary social issues, particularly in American culture. His work ranges from social projects, and public installations, to artworks that reexamine and reconstruct symbolic objects and text. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Singer’s work has been exhibited in institutions such as the San Francisco Museum of Art and the Skirball Center in Los Angeles. Along with his artistic practice, he is an accomplished designer, having created work for Apple, Adidas, the San Francisco Museum of Art, and many others. Singer has also served as president of the San Francisco chapter of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and has been recognized with numerous awards and publications.
