Spooky Action at a Distance is a series of works that explores the intersections of migration, labor, and urban life. Incorporating paintings and prints on found surfaces, the works reflect on the fabric of the city, presenting narratives of resistance, resilience, and existence in a city such as Los Angeles. Also an integral part of the works are a series of objects sourced from public and marginal spaces as a metaphor for the interconnection, impact, and entanglement of our diverse communities.
