CalArts is pleased to present Slow Fiction, Flashing Nostalgia, a group exhibition featuring new work from the 2026 MFA graduating class in the departments of Art, Photography and Media, and Art and Technology. Curated by Nahui Garcia, the exhibition will be on view from October 17-November 21, 2026, at The Reef, the institution’s satellite residency space in Downtown Los Angeles. A curatorial walkthrough and additional public programs will offer further insight into the artists’ individual practices.
