Space Ten Gallery is proud to present “Every Thought A Vessel,” a solo exhibition featuring seven vehicular sculptures by Bay Area artist Shawn HibmaCronan. Following in the footsteps of Bay Area builder-artists ascendant in the 1970s and 80s, such as Ron Covell, Don Potts, and Michael Cooper, HibmaCronan’s so-called “vessels” blur distinctions between engineering, furniture, cars, and art. Whimsically imagined and meticulously fabricated, each of his kinetic sculptures offer entree into speculative realms of possibility, play, and imagination.
The exhibition will be on view from September 17th to October 28th.
