(2024, narrative short film, 15 min)
In an alternate technocratic near future, Sybil, a lonely
digital sex worker, is haunted by her existential dread as
algorithms and a global climate crisis have isolated
people. She struggles to understand how she has
meaning in an over saturation of cultural context and
how she could object to a system she cannot see or
describe. We follow her as she explores what it means
to love and be human when she meets Ophelia, an AI
created from a once living being.
