Writer and art critic Peter Frank is hosting a creative roundtable at Mash Gallery on Sunday, August 11, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Peter asks, “Does the art “scene” in Los Angeles – or, for that matter, anywhere — still constitute a stylistic measuring stick? Are there still local “art movements”?

Joining Peter will be an esteemed creative panel featuring: Andi Campognone (Director, Lancaster Museum of Art & History), jill moniz (Co-Founder and director, Quotidian Gallery), and Megan Frances Abrahams, (Artist, writer, and editor of Fabrik Magazine). Peter Frank will moderate and has served the Los Angeles art’s community as Associate Editor of Fabrik Magazine, was the former Senior Curator at the Riverside Art Museum, and art critic.
