Performative Computation is an interdisciplinary symposium and exhibition bridging improvisation and artificial intelligence.
Presentations and facilitated conversations will explore: human improvisation, embodied computation, machine intelligence, data architectures, algorithmic debiasing and accessibility, choreographic scores, and machine-assisted, musical improvisation. Lunch is provided.
Following the symposium is an exhibition reception featuring artwork, performances, and screenings by majority female-identifying artists whose work investigates AI, embodied improvisation, and critical data practices.
