29 Palms Art Gallery is hosting “Ingrained”, a solo exhibition by painter Paula Izydorek. Through painting, Izydorek addresses how submersion in the surrounding environment affects ones biochemistry, interpersonal conflicts and overall wellbeing. The exhibition features wood grain based abstract compositions that show diversity and tell unexpected stories by revealing identifiable forms intersecting with raw underlying emotions in a vibrant setting.
The opening reception will be held Saturday, November 4, 2017, from 5pm to 7pm. Free and open to the public. Ingrained will be on view November 2 – 26, 2017; Thursday to Sunday 11:00 – 3:00pm.
