USC Fisher Museum of Art
823 Exposition Boulevard, Los Angeles California 90089

Take a break, recharge, and re-center yourself through our Mindful Mondays at Fisher. Each session is designed to guide you through mindfulness exercises that will help you cultivate a sense of calm, awareness, presence, and peacefulness. We’ll also be exploring works of art through the practice of “slow looking.” Led by Allyson Pimentel, Ed.D. Co-Director of Mindful USC.
