Christopher McBride will be premiering new compositions created during his 2022 Make Jazz residency in a culminating concert called “Lessons on the Path”. Dedicated to creating stories for the audience through soulful and melodically indelible tunes, these new compositions will express the lessons he’s discovered through his life experiences.
“Every song is definitely a lesson that I feel like I’m either learning still or that’s something that is ingrained inside of myself.”
