PDNB Gallery is featuring two solo exhibitions in their Spring calendar. The exhibitions celebrate new work by photographer and birder, Cheryl Medow, and ceramic artist, Robert Milnes.
This is Cheryl Medow’s first solo exhibition in the gallery. Medow travels to locations local and international to photograph many species of birds. Her birds are placed in an imagined landscape. None of these feathered friends find themselves in their true environment in Cheryl’s final composition.
Robert Milnes upcoming solo show will feature work he has created this past year. Robert’s inspiration for this body of work was kindled on his 2021 trip to the Yucatan peninsula. He found pieces of dead coral on the beach which had an organic, modular form that intrigued him.
Both Cheryl Medow and Robert Milnes will be present for the opening reception, Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 5 – 8 PM.
