Charlie James is proud to present Quinquagenary, a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the legendary career of New York artist Lee Quiñones. This exhibition will feature a new series of SPIT paintings, which combine tags and graffiti writing with bold, expressionist painting, and explore the new series of drawings that embody the energy and experimental spirit of the graffiti writer’s black book. The exhibition will take place from April 20th to May 25th, 2024, at CJG2 on 961 Chung King Road. Don’t miss the opening reception, book release, and signing on April 20th from 6-9pm.
