Bodega Imprimatur
The Surrealists loved to make objects that made the viewer question everything they knew. What could read as a simple visual pun could be further examined as philosophical research into the nature of perception. Whatever the interpretation, the joy and humor of making these works was clearly the original intention. In keeping with this tradition, Bodega Imprimatur collects new works by a diverse group of artists asked to work a bit outside their comfort zone. The results are humorous, surprising, witty, and weird, but most of all, fun.
