As part of the Bendix Building gallery openings, Hyunju Lee Studio will present new works that examine the transformation of mass-produced IKEA furniture from three-dimensional objects into flat-packed forms. Through sculpture, video, and installation, the exhibition explores themes of globalization, hidden labor, and the tension between material presence and logistical efficiency in global manufacturing and distribution systems.
