Join Olivia Lin of Atiliay to learn the art of modern brush lettering! This beginner class is perfect for those who have been curious about creating beautiful letters and words but are not sure where to start. No experience necessary–this workshop is created specifically with beginners in mind.
In this class you will learn how to use a brush pen, create basic strokes, write the upper and lower case alphabet, letter words, create faux calligraphy, and learn techniques to add bounce (movement) to your lettering. Students will receive a take-home starter kit that includes a workbook, worksheets, 5 brush pens, and a variety of papers along with helpful tips and worksheets to download from home to continue practicing your new skill!
Workshops For A Cause: A portion of proceeds from each seat will be used to provide 50 meals for children at The Ebongalethu Educare Center Preschool & Nursery that Atiliay sponsors in Motherwell, South Africa.
