• In Town — Los Angeles and environs

[Art]itecture features the artwork of three artists, educated

andprofessionally trained in architecture. Currently working

in Lighting Design, Project Management, and Art Fabrication,

these artists use their knowledge in architecture to inform their

art pieces. Purposefully detaching from the scrutiny of the

architectural practice, these three women freely create

artwork that challenges the characteristics of various traditional

media . This show presents a wide range of visual art techniques,

from abstraction to representation, influenced by pop

culture, design, color theory, and, of course, architecture.
