SURFACED

One comes from the Italian alpine forests of Varallo, and one from the urban jungle of Los Angeles; artists Celio Bordin and Michael Griffin could not have emerged from more different realities. Their artworks appear together in this exhibit, a jolting aesthetic voyage from Earth to transcendence and back. Here the mysteries of human connection expand across cultural and historical boundaries and geographical distances to ultimately tell one story: the circle of human life, in its many faces, from the visceral to the heavenly.
