Launched in 2021, ACK is one of Japan’s leading contemporary art fairs and remains rooted in the spirit of collaboration. Its two main sections continue to frame the fair: Gallery Collaborations, which pairs a Japan-based gallery with an international peer in a shared booth to co-present a focused exhibition; and Kyoto Meetings, which features presentations with distinct connections to Kyoto. In its sixth edition, ACK will continue to bring together gallery presentations, special exhibitions, talks, family programs, and satellite projects within ICC Kyoto and across the city, reinforcing Kyoto as a meeting point for contemporary art each autumn.
