Good Mother Gallery is pleased to present Lizardscapes, a solo exhibition by Los Angeles-based artist Andrew Durgin-Barnes.

Utilizing oil on canvas and extraordinary technique, Andrew depicts Los Angeles urban sprawl, and plein-air portraits. His upcoming exhibit, Lizarscapes, will primarily build upon the latter, demonstrating Andrew’s ability to elevate landscapes and natural scenes around Los Angeles from the mundane to something eye-catching, thought-provoking, and sublime. Andrew pays special reverence to light, contrast, and atmosphere in his work, and encourages viewers to find the beauty in organic elements and imperfection.
