STILL LIVES
A street photography exhibition of the less fortunate amoung us. “The seemingly intractable crisis we see every day, everywhere, compelled me to do something. I was one of those who refused to look; who would cross the
street to avoid a stark reality. These photographs are my decision to confront that reality head on. To do something.
This is not photo journalism, rather how I see the content emotionally. The robust use of color is not meant to romanticize the subject, but is simply a reflection of
what I see in my mind’s eye.If what is presented moves you in any way, then do something. Anything. A contact list of political leaders, charities and volunteer organizations is in the outbox on one of the tables. As a society we can no longer accept what is happening outside our front doors to those who, like many here, don’t have one” -David Livingston
