A soundbath led by Forestkind will take place in the main exhibition space of Brannan Mason Gallery, a new contemporary art gallery in DTLA dedicated to social impact on Thursday, June 6th.
The current exhibition features Bay Area painter Micah Crandall-Bear and benefits Save The Waves. Crandall-Bear’s abstract paintings are rendered in soft delineations of sky, earth and sea. Fundamentally abstract, the paintings layer gauzy sections of muted color. They imply impressionistic shifts in light at dusk or dawn and allow the viewer to peer into thoughtful and contemplative spaces.
Please join us in this unique merging of visual and audio meditation with vibrational tones by crystal singing bowls, rattles, drums, gong, bells, and shruti box.
Let’s look at the art, mingle, and enjoy complimentary kombucha at 6pm.
Soundbath starts at 7pm.
Please bring your own yoga mats, support items, pillows and blankets to facilitate comfort and warmth.
