
USC’s Roski School of Art and Design and KORO Public Art Norway present a lecture series that offers the Los Angeles public access to some of the most exciting artists, curators, and critics in the eld of social practice art today.
Lucía Sanromán is an independent curator and writer and the Director of Visual Arts at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. Her work investigates aesthetics in relation to ef cacy in social, participatory, and process-based art practice. In 2014, she curated inSite: Cuatro ensayos de lo público, sobre otro escenario, at Proyecto Siqueiros: La Tallera, in Cuernavaca Mexico, and co-curated SITE Santa Fe’s signature Biennial SITE- lines.2014: Unsettled Landscapes. She has received a Warhol Foundation Curatorial Fellowship, Warhol Exhibition Grant and a The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage Fellowship.
