Kohn Gallery’s upcoming group exhibition, titled ENGENDER, will feature an intergenerational roster of 17 of the most relevant contemporary artists who are challenging the traditional gender binary and questioning the constructed foundations of identity. Artists featured in ENGENDER include Mequitta Ahuja, Firelei Báez, Hernan Bas, Zoë Charlton, Jonathan Lyndon Chase, Nicole Eisenman, Natalie Frank, Heidi Hahn, Loie Hollowell, Sadie Laska, Jesse Mockrin, Jennifer Packer, Christina Quarles, Nathaniel Mary Quinn, Tschabalala Self, Emily Mae Smith, and Jansson Stegner.
An opening reception will be held at the gallery on November 11, 2017 from 6pm until 9pm.
