Other Places announces OPpp (Other Places pamphlet picnic), at Christine Emerson Reed Park in Santa Monica on Saturday, February 28, 11AM – 1PM. OPpp features limited edition pamphlets, free donuts, and artist made paperweights, in a public setting both physically and mentally adjacent to all L.A. Art Fairs. OPpp invites attendees to read, discuss, and imagine a future beyond our current moment of imminent institutional and/or societal collapse. Pamphleteers include Renée Reizman, Burn All Books, Leslie Dick, T.S. Leonard, K Knittel, EM Forster, Yoshihara Jiro, and Sophie Appel. Paperweights by Steve Kado, Kevin Reinhardt, and Other Places Archive™. Pamphlets will also be able to be comb-bound into a collection courtesy of Other Places’ STAR150 Press.
