This is musical and visual artist Amadour’s first live show in Los Angeles in years, and it’s happening on one of the most historic stages in music history, before it disappears forever.
Join us for a rare and cinematic night as Amadour—artist, singer, and storyteller—performs music from their second EP The Myth of Amadour: Odyssey of a High Desert Balladeer. With a voice like velvet and lyrics full of longing, memory, and place, Amadour blends orchestral ballads with dreamlike pop, delivering a set that’s as visual as it is emotional.
This special Pride Month performance features a stripped-down set of vocals and keys, offering an intimate glimpse before Amadour enters the studio this fall with orchestral arranger Alan G. Frausto to complete their debut record with the 55-piece Pannonia Film Orchestra in Budapest, Hungary.
The show takes place at The Viper Room, a venue where legends like Prince, Fiona Apple, and Johnny Cash once stood. With the original venue soon to be torn down, this is one of the last chances to witness a rising voice on a legendary stage.
Amadour will debut live performances of several new songs, including:
“Angel Eyes,” “Someone Left to Love,” “Downtown Lover,” and more.
Before the orchestra. Before the full production. Before the tour.
This is the beginning.
Come early. Come dressed. Come ready to feel something.
