TAG Artists Present “The Art of Music” in the Sky Gallery

“Sign Language,” Karen Fiorito’s solo exhibition explores political environment through intricate replicas of public billboards, displayed alongside photographs of the actual billboards. The collection highlights Fiorito’s 20-year career as an artist and political activist. “Art and Activism are the two most important things in my life,” states Fiorito. “Sign Language is a celebration of Artivism (Art + Activism), which creates ideas and engages the public in conversations and actions towards the greater good,” the artist explains.
Ernie Marjoram’s “My Italia” exhibition is inspired by his travels through Italy. The collection presents the classic processes of renaissance painters through utilizing available, modern materials. “During a year of study in Florence, I too was captivated by the culture, the language, the food and a young Italian girl, Silvia, my wife of 45 years now. I have worked, often on site, exploring different techniques but every painting has the same core purpose: my desire to seize special moments in special places to share with others. I welcome you to ‘My Italia.’”
