For the final day of photographer and director Michael Grecco’s multi-media exhibition “Days of Punk,” Lancaster Museum of Art and History and MOAH:CEDAR will host a creative, punk-themed “Zine Social” at Cedar Hall.
The event is free and open to the public. It includes a panel discussion with Grecco, artist Louis Jacinto, and Jennifer Precious Finch from the band L7. Following the artist talk, attendees and zine enthusiasts are encouraged to make their own punk-centric zines and merchandise. The event will also include vendors selling their own zines and merchandise. Doors open at 5PM, the panel discussion starts at 6PM. The event ends at 8PM.
The exhibition “Days of Punk” will be open for viewing in the galleries at MOAH:CEDAR until 8PM.
Michael Grecco is a photographer, photojournalist and filmmaker who chronicled much of the punk rock music scene from the lates ‘70s through the early ‘90s. Louis Jacinto is an artist, publisher, and photographer who began shooting the Los Angeles punk rock scene in the ‘70s. Jennifer Precious Finck is a visual artist, musician, designed, and bass player of punk rock band L7.
