In TWO BUCKS, Robert Martin creates an imagined queer space which stakes claim over certain Midwestern dive bar aesthetics. The installation – painted works, designed ephemera, and interventions with genuine memorabilia – is a manifestation of what is missing, or perhaps desired, from our ruralscape.
